The purpose of this position is to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance inspections on various types of industrial machinery and equipment.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on plastic extrusion manufacturing equipment, cranes, mobile equipment, site utilities and facilities.
Operate the following: drill press, forklifts, scissor lifts, precision measuring devices such as dial indicators, digital and dial calipers, etc.
Align various types of equipment such as motors, gearboxes, couplings, and pulleys
Mechanical Experience, required
Service and repair equipment using welding and torch cutting (stick and mig), hydraulics, pneumatics, crane maintenance and rebuilding equipment and power transmission components back to an operational mode.
Electrical Experience, required
Assemble, install, test and repair electronic or electrical wiring circuits.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electronic systems: switches, circuits, control panels on manufacturing equipment, drives, tools and welding equipment.
Identify electrical problems on all electrical machines (power circuit, motors and generators).
Conduct tests on electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems and provide integrated solutions for maximum output.

Able to work planned and unplanned hours in support of a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 - 3 of years production/factory maintenance experience
Electrical Experience, required:
Must work on a full range of electrical and electronic circuits that require knowledge of applied electrical practices and theory.
Advanced technical knowledge in electrical systems and electronic controls.
Ability to understand oral and written instructions, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings and code books.
Ability to comprehend mechanical illustrated parts breakdowns and schematic diagrams
Have a working knowledge of the following: drill press, forklifts, scissor lifts, precision measuring devices such as dial indicators, digital and dial calipers, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of applied electrical practices and techniques as well as electrical and electronic equipment and controls
Works off of ladders, lifting equipment, scaffolding and catwalks.
Good communication skills

Demonstrated teamwork ability Must be able to work in temperatures exceeding 95 degrees
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
